2. Enrollment and Services
2.1 Enrollment Process
Enrollment at BrightNest Kids Academy is subject to availability and acceptance. Submitting an inquiry form does not guarantee enrollment. We reserve the right to accept or decline any enrollment application.
2.2 Program Participation
Children enrolled in our programs must:
- Meet the age requirements for their respective program
- Provide required health and immunization records
- Comply with our policies and procedures
2.3 Fees and Payment
All fees, payment schedules, and refund policies will be outlined in the enrollment agreement. Fees are subject to change with appropriate notice.
3. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
Parents and guardians agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during enrollment
- Notify us promptly of any changes to contact or emergency information
- Pick up children at designated times
- Comply with our health and safety policies
- Respect staff and other families
- Pay all fees on time
4. Our Responsibilities
BrightNest Kids Academy commits to:

- Employing qualified and trained staff
- Maintaining appropriate child-to-teacher ratios
- Following all applicable health and safety regulations
- Communicating regularly with parents/guardians
5. Health and Safety
5.1 Illness Policy
Children who are ill or have symptoms of contagious illness must not attend. We reserve the right to send home any child who appears ill or may pose a health risk to others.
5.2 Emergency Medical Care
In case of medical emergency, we will attempt to contact parents/guardians immediately. If we cannot reach you, we will seek appropriate medical care. Parents/guardians are responsible for all medical expenses.
5.3 Medications
We will administer medications only with written authorization and proper documentation from parents/guardians and healthcare providers.
6. Conduct and Discipline
We maintain a positive, respectful environment. We reserve the right to terminate enrollment if:
- A child's behavior poses a safety risk to themselves or others
- Parents/guardians violate our policies or behave inappropriately
- Fees are not paid as agreed
- We cannot meet a child's needs appropriately
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of BrightNest Kids Academy and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
8. Photography and Media
We may photograph or video children during activities for educational and promotional purposes. Parents/guardians will be asked to provide consent separately.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure children's safety, BrightNest Kids Academy is not liable for:
- Minor injuries occurring during normal activities
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
10. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Modifications to Terms
